The house was built on the furthest west side of the lot leaving 75% of the lot for the pool & garden. The ground floor plan shows clearly the division of the house in 2 parts for maximum privacy: the west side, has the garage court, service quarter and the fruit & vegetable garden, and the east part ( over looking the garden and pool ) has the main dining, receptions and entrance. Kids bedrooms are located in the second floor, while master suite on the third. The view from the reception and dining were intended to see the green garden passing through the blue pool. And the gym room and BBQ area enjoys seeing the pool and Garden.
